The smile makeover service involves an extended consultation with your dentist. The most important part of this consultation is listening to your concerns and aspirations and then advising you of the options available.

The next stage involves the taking of photographs both outside of the mouth to record your existing condition and inside the mouth to show in greater detail the structure and formation of your teeth.

The dentist will usually arrange for a full set of dental X rays to be taken at this stage, provided there are no contraindications (such as pregnancy), as they are a valuable diagnostic tool and help to establish the overall health of the bone structure that supports the teeth.

Then we take an impression of your teeth which is a completely painless procedure that takes just a few minutes. The impression enables our dental laboratory to make detailed study models of your teeth which the dentist will use as a diagnostic and planning tool when considering your treatment plan.

Once the planning process is complete you will be invited back for a further consultation. During this appointment your dentist will explain in easy to understand detail what can be achieved and approximately how long the treatment will take.

You will be kept fully informed throughout your treatment and provided with a portfolio of photographs upon completion that will show your smile before and after your treatment.
